Key Applications in Truck Bodies

Cargo Restraint Systems – Load bars, cargo stabilizers, and tie-down anchor rails that resist corrosion from wet cargo and road spray.

Side Rails and Stake Pockets – Structural perimeter framing that withstands impact from loading equipment and shifting loads.

Tarpaulin and Cover Frames – Crown bows and support structures for flatbed and dump truck cover systems—lightweight yet strong enough to support heavy-duty tarps.

Ramp and Liftgate Components – Load-bearing structures that resist deformation under repeated heavy loading cycles.

Ladder Racks and Pipe Racks – Overhead storage and transport structures exposed to the elements.

Refrigerated Truck Interior Framing – Sanitary, corrosion-resistant supports for insulated panel systems in reefer applications.

Handrails and Grab Bars – Safety components that maintain their appearance and structural integrity despite constant use and weather exposure.

Equipment Mounting Brackets – Custom-fabricated supports for auxiliary equipment such as toolboxes, compressors, and liftgates.

Grade Selection Guide

304 / 304L – The industry standard for general truck body applications. Excellent corrosion resistance, superior formability, and cost-effective. Suitable for most dry and mildly wet environments.

316 / 316L – Recommended for severe corrosion environments. Molybdenum content (2–3%) provides enhanced resistance to chlorides and road salts. Ideal for snowbelt regions, coastal operations, and chemical hauling.
