FRP Single Sheet

The FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) single-sheet panel is produced using an advanced automated continuous production line. The surface of the panel is coated with an internationally certified food-grade colored gel coat, and the reinforcement layer is made of high-strength fiberglass chopped strand mat, high-strength fiberglass woven roving, and high-quality unsaturated polyester resin.

The panel features a high-gloss, smooth surface with excellent gloss retention, no discoloration, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, ease of repair, and long service life.

It is widely used as the face sheet for FRP composite panels or as the roof panel for dry van trailers.

Standard thickness of the single-sheet panel: 1.0–3.0mm

Maximum width of the single-sheet panel: 3.0m

Note: The gel coat color on the outer surface can be selected according to the RAL color chart number; the inner surface can be either glossy or matte finish as required.
